Resicom Industries is a design drafting company based in Melbourne. Founded in 2009 by Brendan Coleman, we stem from a strong technical engineering background.

Whilst specialising in Mechanical Design & Drafting Services, Structural Design & Drafting Services, Piping, Component Design Services, Civil and Electrical disciplines, all our draftings comply with, but not limited to Australian Standard (AS1100) and we use the latest Autodesk Inventor software. We will deliver your Engineering and Drafting requirements with seamless precision whilst ensuring all projects meet the lead time requirements.
Resicom will cover the entire process from initial design through to comprehensive general and detail arrangements. From the final design we can supply all relevant branch off files such as laser cutting (.dxf) files and photo realistic images for future sales/marketing requirements.
2D & 3D MECHANICAL DRAFTING SERVICES
Using the latest Autodesk products, SolidWorks, AutoDesk Inventor & AutoCAD, coupled with over 20 years experience, we handle all aspects of mechanical design from initial concept through to final detail drawings ready for manufacture.
No project is too big or too small for our Mechanical Design Engineers . We can reverse engineer your existing parts and assemblies and develop detail drawings to bring your equipment into the 21st century and ready for manufacture.
All components can be 3D printed “in house” for prototyping or sales requirements.
2D & 3D STRUCTURAL DRAFTING SERVICES
Frames, skids, platforms, walkways, we handle it all. We can take care of computations and certification with complete turnkey designs for your projects.
We can deliver a full bill of materials (BOM) including all cut lists for all steel members and issue .dxf files for laser cutting requirements.
Pipework of any size and type can be installed and detailed to complete your project requirements including all other ancillary components.
2D & 3D COMPONENT DRAFTING SERVICES
If you’re requiring assistance with your major projects we can handle all single component modelling including complex ipart and iassembly design.
We can produce or update designs for stand alone items to move you to the next level of manufacture.
If you have made changes or want to update an existing product or assembly we can handle this from individual component design through to updating your complete assembly including all new parts.
No part size or complexity matter, we handle it all!
DETAIL DESIGN SERVICES
We take your projects and strip them down to produce all necessary general and detail arrangement drawings to get you to manufacture. All drawings can be issued in any format you require, eg: .stp, PDF, 2D AutoCAD
We can issue drawings on your title blocks and if you don’t have one we will create it for you.
All drawings strictly comply, but are not limited to, Australian Standards AS1100

Imagine taking your model to site to ensure it fits in the exact location required, imagine being away from the office but needing to visualise and speak to the designer directly, imagine being able to show your clients your concept design without leaving the office.
Well, we have your solution!
Coming soon you will be able to join us virtually or in real time at your site or office to visualise and discuss the actual model in 1:1 or altered scale. This will cut down re-work time and ensure everyone is on the same page with the requirement. We will be able to project the model into the exact location at your site to ensure all mating components are correct and the design is perfect as a whole, this will eliminate clashes with existing equipment as we can begin to design around any ensuring seamless installation.
